主要学术兴趣为修辞学、新闻传播学、语言学等领域的新兴交叉学科。近来兴趣包括传媒史、媒介文明、传媒制度与政策、传媒话语、国家修辞、国家话语体系、全球话语学、国家传播学、比较修辞学等。
