Kaihe Chen is a Professor, Doctoral tutor, and the head of the department of Journalism at the School of Journalism and Communication, Peking University. He is Director of Peking University’s Institute of Culture and Communication. He received his B.A. and M.A. in International Politics from Peking University, and got his PhD in International Relations from the University of Hong Kong.
